This page describes what actually happens to the details you type into this site. It is written from the code that runs it, not from a template.

What the enquiry form sends

On submit
AlwaysYour name and your phone number.
If you fill themNEET score, state, city, category, which NEET attempt this is, your class 12 PCB percentage band, and your biology marks band.
Recorded automaticallyWhich form you used, the site language you had selected, and that the enquiry came from nepalmbbs.in.
Never asked forDocuments, marksheets, passport details, payment details, or your NEET roll number. Nothing on this site uploads a file.

Fields verified against the form handler in this site’s own source (assets/js/leads.js).

Where it goes, and who can read it

Storage
Stored inA Supabase (PostgreSQL) database, hosted outside Nepal and India.
Readable byOnly signed-in members of our counseling team. This is enforced by database row-level security, not by hiding a screen — an enquiry cannot be read back by the public, including by anyone reading this site’s code.
Used forContacting you about MBBS admission in Nepal, and nothing else.
Not doneWe do not sell enquiry data, and we do not pass it to colleges or agents without asking you first.

Third parties
Google AnalyticsMeasures page visits. It sets cookies and receives your IP address. It does not receive anything you type into the enquiry form.
WhatsAppTapping a WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp and starts a chat with us. From that point the conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms, not this page.
CalendlyBooking a call opens Calendly, which collects the details you give it directly.
NetlifyServes this website and keeps standard server request logs.
Google FontsServes the two typefaces this site uses.

If you are under 18

Students

Many people researching MBBS admission are 17 or 18. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian with you when you send an enquiry, and use their phone number if you would rather we call them. Tell us and we will speak to them instead of you.

Having your details removed

Your choice

Write to info@nepalmbbs.in from the number or address you enquired with, or send us a WhatsApp message, and ask us to delete your enquiry. You do not have to give a reason, and asking will not affect any guidance you have already received.

You can also ask us what we hold about you, and we will send it back to you in full.

Two things this page does not yet state. The registered business behind NepalMBBS.in, and how long enquiry records are kept before deletion. Both are being confirmed and will be published here. Until they are, you can ask us either question directly atinfo@nepalmbbs.in and we will answer.
